To help us make the Tropical Villas of Venice Beach’s website a positive place for everyone, we’ve been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.

Please know that our Villas was built in the 1960s. It has limited facilities in regard to handicapped accessibility. Due to the age of construction, Tropical Villas of Venice Beach is not ADA compliant and is not required at this time to provide accessibility.
Our buildings are single story villas with most entries having a 4 inch step up into the villa. All exterior doors are 30 inch wide (28.5 inch clear) with interior doors being between 26 and 30 inches. Most bathrooms have a standard step into bathtubs with showers except our studio and efficiency which have 30 inch by 30 inch shower units.
Our office is accessed via a 6 foot sliding door (22 inch clear). For guests not able to access our office we are always happy to come to you in your villa. We do offer contactless check-in services. We also have hearing impaired smoke detectors available, please ask if required.
