Policies

By booking, you authorize [Costampa LLC and Venitownhouse LLC] to send text messages and emails with details regarding your reservation information and other offers. Message/data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

CHECK-IN: 

Check-in is 3:00 PM. 

CHECK-OUT:

Check-out time is 10 AM. Please remove all garbage and food from cabinets and refrigerator prior to your departure. 

DEPOSIT:
A deposit of one nights stay or 20%, whichever is greater, is required to confirm your reservation. An additional deposit of 20% due 3 months prior to your stay may be required for reservations during our peak periods of January – March, please call to inquire.

CANCELLATION:

**1 month notice for reservation with arrival dates from May 1  through December 22.
**3 month notice for reservation with arrival dates in the months of beginning December 23 through April 30.

If you cancel or shorten your stay within the time frames listed above you will lose your deposit unless all nights can be re-booked. All no-shows will be charged the entire balance due.

Tropical Villas of Venice Beach is not responsible for changes to or cancellations of a reservation due to weather, illness, or other acts of God.  The only exception is if Venice is issued a HURRICANE WARNING during your scheduled stay then we will refund the deposit.

We do not provide partial refunds and you are responsible for full payment of your reservation even if you choose to check-out early. 

QUIET HOURS: 

Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am daily. Our property is small, we strive to make sure all guests have a peaceful and relaxing visit. Hence any loud or unruly behavior will not be tolerated, offending parties may be asked to leave our premises immediately and will forfeit the rights to any refunds for unused nights. For larger parties please use our local parks, restaurants and beaches for your gatherings. Non-registered guests are strictly prohibited from using our facilities without management approval.

ROOM CLEANING AND PROVISIONS:

We do not provide daily maid service. We clean approximately once a week if you are staying longer than one week. We will provide you with many sets of towels and will gladly give you additional ones at your request. During your stay please ask if you need additional items; sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish-washing detergent, coffee supplies, shampoo or conditioner. 

PLEASE NO FISH CLEANING ON OUR PREMISES. Plan on grilling your fish on our outdoor grills. Baking or frying in our villas leaves a lingering odor.
